Thibault Leroy Bürki is a Swiss entrepreneur and investor-operator, and the Founder and CEO of Haute Capital Partners, a Swiss private equity holding company listed on BX Swiss (ticker: HAUTE). He founded the firm in 2017 and took it public in 2022. A specialist in direct investment and hands-on company building, he has opened access to capital for a wide range of companies, from early-stage ventures to established businesses, backing founders and management teams through their growth.

An entrepreneur from a young age, Thibault learned early to be resourceful and to make his own way. He began his career in the financial markets as a broker, learning the business on the front line, before leading brokerage teams within private equity firms in the Zurich area and moving to London — sharpening his command of the markets and the private equity business along the way.
Founding Haute Capital Partners
In 2017 he founded Haute Capital Partners on a simple conviction: that access to private-market investing should not be reserved for a select few. Under his leadership the company evolved from an investment venture into a publicly listed private equity group, listing on BX Swiss in 2022, and has since pursued sustained growth on both the Swiss and international stages.
